A registered agent address is the official address where legal documents and notices from the government are sent. This must be a physical address.

A business address is the physical location where the business operates and conducts its daily activities. This address can’t be PO BOX address.

A mailing address is where you receive your business mail, which can be a PO Box or a virtual mailbox. Mailing address can be same as business address.

When applying EIN or business bank account, just use your home address, that will not be public. The EIN confirmation letter can be used as proof of address for bank.
